A sourcing and coordination role
Lab Diamond Sourcing organizes buyer requirements, supply options, documentation checks, production communication and shipment preparation. We do not claim ownership of every facility or supplier involved in a transaction.
What can be coordinated
Loose diamonds
Standard and custom shapes reviewed against dimensions, grading and report preferences.
Matched goods
Pairs, side stones and calibrated melee reviewed against recorded tolerances.
Custom jewelry
Stone, CAD, sample, production, QC, packing and shipment coordination.
Commercial review
Quotation, validity, minimums, payment, timing and shipment responsibility confirmed in writing.
How the sourcing process works
Submit the buying specification, review current options and evidence, confirm the selected specification and quotation, then complete the applicable quality and shipment checks.

Why Guangzhou and Panyu matter
Guangzhou provides access to a broad jewelry-trading and production ecosystem. Panyu is relevant to jewelry setting, customization and production coordination, while diamond supply may be checked across a wider China-based network.
International shipment coordination
Packing, carriers, shipment documents and destination details are reviewed for the confirmed order. Duty, VAT, importer registration and resale requirements remain the buyer's responsibility unless written terms state otherwise.
