Website purpose

Lab Diamond Sourcing provides B2B information and inquiry channels for laboratory-grown diamond sourcing and jewelry production coordination. It is not a retail checkout, exchange, payment service, marketplace or investment platform.

No automatic offer or commitment

Website content, availability requests and form submissions do not create a binding offer, price commitment, supply reservation, production commitment or delivery promise. Commercial terms apply only when separately confirmed in writing for the specified transaction.

Buyer specifications and files

Professional buyers are responsible for accurate specifications, intended use, quantity, destination and regulatory requirements. Requesters must have permission to share uploaded reports, drawings and reference media. Files must not contain unlawful, malicious or unrelated material.

Third-party reports and services

Grading laboratories, report-verification tools, carriers, payment providers and production partners remain subject to their own terms. A reference to IGI, GIA or another organization does not imply partnership or endorsement. Buyers should independently verify reports and import requirements.

Availability, quality and changes

Inventory and production capacity can change before written confirmation. Images and video assist review but can vary with lighting and display conditions. Any agreed tolerances, quality checks, substitutions or specification changes must be recorded in the applicable quotation or order document.

Duty, tax and import conditions

Duty, VAT, import permission and reporting obligations depend on classification, origin, destination and importer circumstances. No website statement promises duty-free or tax-free delivery.

Acceptable use

Visitors may not misuse forms, test stolen contact data, probe security controls, upload malware, scrape the service at disruptive volume or misrepresent website content as a confirmed quotation or grading result.
