Scope

This policy covers business visitors who use Lab Diamond Sourcing to request laboratory-grown diamond sourcing, inventory information or jewelry production coordination.

Information we collect

Inquiry forms may collect a name, business email, company, country, buyer type, specifications, quantity, delivery context, budget context, preferred contact and WhatsApp number when selected. Secure uploads may include reports, drawings, spreadsheets, PDFs and reference images supplied by the requester. We also record page context, referrer, campaign attribution, consent time and limited anti-abuse data.

Analytics without a consent banner

Google Analytics 4 loads automatically for website measurement and may use cookies or similar browser storage. This website does not display a cookie acceptance banner. We configure analytics events to exclude inquiry text, contact details and uploaded file names. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may prevent analytics collection.

How information is used

Information is used to review and respond to requests, check current sourcing capacity, prevent abuse, send confirmations, maintain transaction records and understand aggregate website performance. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe the requester to unrelated marketing.

Processors and international handling

The service may use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for private data and file storage, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and Google Analytics for measurement. Information may be processed in the locations used by these providers and by the China-based sourcing team responding to the request.

Secure uploads and retention

Files are uploaded to private storage, checked for allowed type and size, quarantined before association with an inquiry, and exposed to authorized staff through time-limited links. Unlinked uploads are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Inquiry records and linked files are retained only as reasonably required for the sourcing request, legal obligations and dispute prevention.

A verified requester may ask about access, correction or deletion where applicable. Use the contact form and identify the relevant inquiry reference.
