Lab Diamond Sourcing

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

Scope

This policy covers business visitors who use Lab Diamond Sourcing to request laboratory-grown diamond sourcing, inventory information or jewelry production coordination. The legal company name and public privacy contact must be confirmed before launch.

Information collected

Inquiry forms may collect a name, business email, company, country, buyer type, specifications, quantity, delivery context, budget context, preferred contact and WhatsApp number when selected. We also record the landing page, referrer, first-party campaign attribution, consent time and a one-way hash used for rate limiting. We do not intentionally send inquiry text or direct contact details to analytics.

Purpose

Information is used to review and respond to a sourcing request, prevent abuse, send a request confirmation, keep an inquiry record and understand website conversion performance. Submission does not subscribe a visitor to unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Production may use Supabase for inquiry storage, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Google Analytics 4 after consent, and the hosting provider for application delivery. These services are configured only after their accounts and agreements are approved.

Retention and access

Retention periods, the legal basis for processing, company identity and request contact must be reviewed by the business before launch. A verified requester may contact the published privacy address to ask about access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Cookies and local storage

Optional analytics does not load until consent. A consent choice and first-party campaign attribution may be stored locally. Attribution is limited to 30 days by the application.

Request the current diamond list

We will send the current verified version when available. No outdated or sample inventory file is sent automatically.
