Yes, buyers can state IGI or GIA as a grading-report preference. Availability is checked for the exact shape, dimensions, grading and quantity request. Before approval, the report number should be reviewed through the issuing laboratory's official service and compared with the inscription, measurements, weight and physical stone information where applicable.

Buyers may request CVD, HPHT or no specific growth-method preference. The method and any disclosed post-growth treatment should be confirmed from the report or item record for the proposed stone. Growth method alone does not establish quality, price or suitability, so it remains one field within a broader specification and verification process.

Yes. Custom-cut requests should include a drawing, dimensions, ratio, facet reference, carat target, tolerance, quantity and setting use. Matched-pair requests should identify whether weight means total pair weight or each-stone weight, then define dimensions, outline, grading relationship, visual matching and orientation. Feasibility and current terms are confirmed in writing.

Buyers may submit small or trial-order requirements for review. Acceptance depends on the exact stone or jewelry specification, quantity, matching or calibration work, production setup and current supply conditions. A trial request should also state the intended repeat program so the sourcing record can capture useful tolerances if the first order proceeds.

Shipping method, packing, destination and responsibility transfer are confirmed in the quotation or order record. Duty, VAT, importer registration and resale obligations depend on product classification, origin, destination and the buyer's circumstances.
